  • All fees are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise specified.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Courts of law at Hyderabad Has Exclusive Jurisdiction over any Disputes Arising under this Agreement.
  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that Timetrillion private limited shall not be responsible for any legal fees, including but not limited to attorney fees, incurred by users in relation to disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of our services or products. This includes any costs associated with legal representation, consultation, or litigation. Users are solely responsible for resolving any legal matters that may arise, and Timetrillion private limited assumes no liability for such expenses.
  1. Modification of Terms:
  • TimeTrillion Private Limited reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically for changes.

 

         8.Shipping and Delivery

  • Your PAN card will be sent directly to the address provided in your application form by the Utiitsl. We act as Agents in the application process and do not handle the physical delivery of PAN cards.
  • The delivery time for your PAN card will vary depending on the processing time by the Utiitsl and the postal service efficiency. Typically, you can expect to receive your PAN card within Seven business days from the date of Application.

 

      9. By availing our services for PAN card application, users consent to the following terms: If applicants do not furnish the requisite documents within 30 days from the date of application, their submission will not proceed further. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure the timely submission of all necessary documentation. Failure to adhere to this stipulation may result in the application being deemed incomplete and subsequently terminated. Users acknowledge that Timetrillion retains the right to reject or suspend applications that do not adhere to this condition. Furthermore, users understand and agree that fees or charges associated with the application process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
